Within 7 days, we deliver a fully tailored Excel comparative file featuring 5 to 10 curated villas — including prices, services included, key information, pros & cons, availability (if requested), and videos and photos from site inspections, where we analyze every angle for Plan A, B, and C.

This gives us time to secure the most exclusive villas (which often book 12–24 months ahead), curate the right vendor team, and design every detail without compromise. We currently accept new commissions for 2027 and 2028.

We coordinate the entire civil, religious, or symbolic ceremony process — including documentation from your home country, translations, apostille services, civil registry appointments at the Italian comune, and (when applicable) Catholic or interfaith ceremony permissions. Most US couples opt for a legal civil ceremony in the US followed by a symbolic ceremony in Italy, which we plan as the main celebration.

We have deep relationships with the most exclusive private villas, historic estates, and luxury hotels across Lake Como, Tuscany, the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, Capri, and Florence — many of which are not publicly listed. We also welcome couples with a venue already in mind. Within 7 days of contract, we deliver a curated comparative file with 5–10 venues tailored to your vision, complete with pricing, services, and our on-site notes.
Distance is never a concern. You'll have a dedicated planner as your single point of contact, all documents centralized in a private Google Drive, regular video updates throughout planning, and a complete on-site team in Italy on the wedding week. A non-refundable deposit secures our services upon contract signing. The balance is structured in 3 to 4 milestone payments aligned with the planning phases (venue confirmation, vendor commitments, final balance 30 days before the wedding).
