ELLEFFEVENTS is a destination wedding planner in Tuscany creating bespoke celebrations for US and international couples across the region's most iconic villas, estates, and countryside settings. From the rolling hills of Chianti to the historic villages of Val d'Orcia, we design multi-day wedding experiences that immerse guests in Tuscan culture, cuisine, and beauty. Featured in British Vogue and Tatler UK, our studio has planned and produced over 170 celebrations across Italy — with Tuscany as one of our most sought-after destinations.
This is not a wedding. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime celebration in Tuscany.
Bespoke destination weddings where every moment unfolds like a cinematic story, framed by rolling hills, historic estates, and golden Tuscan light.
For US couples who want creativity, precision, and flawless execution — never template.
Tuscany is the most requested destination for American couples planning a wedding in Italy, and for good reason. The region offers an unmatched combination of natural beauty, world-class cuisine, historic venues, and a relaxed pace that turns a wedding into a multi-day experience. Unlike Lake Como's lakeside glamour or the Amalfi Coast's dramatic cliffs, Tuscany wraps your celebration in open countryside, golden light, and vineyard-lined horizons. It's the destination for couples who want space, warmth, and a sense of timelessness. The region's concentration of private villas and estates also means more control: exclusive-use venues where your guest list has the property entirely to themselves for two, three, or even four days.
Every celebration is guided by atmosphere, storytelling, and precision rather than convention.
Creative direction, experiential planning, and guest journeys inspired by Tuscany’s natural beauty and cultural depth.
Budget structuring, venue alignment, feasibility planning, and proactive risk management across Tuscany locations.
Custom installations, scenography, lighting, florals, and entertainment tailored to Tuscany’s villas and estates.
On-site leadership, multi-day coordination, and discreet contingency planning throughout the celebration.

The bride wore a custom gown by Sara Mrad, while a traditional Dabke band was flown in from Paris, transforming the celebration into an immersive, high-energy experience that honored both roots with sophistication and joy.
From curated design to seamless cultural choreography, every detail was executed with intention, precision, and respect for tradition.
A celebration without boundaries.
Only culture, rhythm, and effortless elegance.

Over two magnificent days in Italy, 90 hand-selected guests were immersed in historic estates, refined cuisine, and unforgettable moments — all orchestrated with absolute discretion and precision.
A wedding without excess exposure.
Only beauty, timing, and effortless execution.
Three-Day Destination Wedding – Tuscany
A religious ceremony uniting two cultures — she Catholic, he Monsone — translated into a wedding designed without precedents.
The bride envisioned a tablescape unlike any other, featuring Ginori porcelain as used at Gucci Osteria by Massimo Bottura.
Set in the Tuscan countryside, the celebration unfolded over three days, with music flowing seamlessly until 3 a.m. each night.
A wedding where design, faith and rhythm coexisted in perfect balance.

As a wedding planner in Tuscany with over a decade of experience, we’ve worked with and personally inspected dozens of venues across the region. Here are some of the estates and villas we recommend most often to our couples:
Villa Catignano — A 17th-century Sienese estate surrounded by cypress trees, olive groves, and a private chapel. Ideal for multi-day celebrations with 80-150 guests. We’ve produced multiple weddings here, including a three-day interfaith celebration featured in our portfolio.
Borgo Santo Pietro — An intimate boutique estate in the Sienese countryside, known for its Michelin-starred kitchen and curated gardens. Perfect for smaller celebrations (30-60 guests) with a focus on culinary experience.
Castello di Celsa — A privately owned Renaissance castle near Siena with panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside. Exclusive-use only, accommodating 100+ guests across the estate’s apartments and grounds.
Villa Cetinale — A baroque villa in the hills outside Siena, known for its theatrical gardens and Bernini-influenced architecture. Featured in international publications and available for exclusive-use wedding weekends.
Villa Mangiacane — A Machiavelli-family estate overlooking Florence, with vineyard-draped terraces and Renaissance frescoes. Combines Florentine sophistication with Tuscan countryside charm.
May through early October. June and September offer the best balance of warm weather and softer light. July and August are the hottest but most popular months for multi-day celebrations. Late September brings harvest season, which adds a unique atmosphere.
For a bespoke celebration with 80-120 guests, expect €2,000-€5,000 per guest all-in. This includes venue, catering, design, florals, entertainment, photography, and coordination. We build every budget transparently — no surprises.
